General
Who can join an Industry Tour?
Any university student in the GCC studying business, engineering or computer science. Each tour mixes faculties so you learn from each other.
What is included in the price?
Return flights from Doha, accommodation, ground transport, all company visits and masterclasses, and daily breakfast. Personal spending and travel insurance are not included.
How do payments work?
You pay a deposit to secure your place, then the balance in instalments before departure. Your schedule is shown on your dashboard.
What is the carbon offset option?
When booking you can add a small fee that funds verified projects to offset the emissions from your flights.
Visas
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your passport and destination. Many GCC nationals need a visa or electronic travel authorisation for the UK, and an e-visa for Turkey and India. South Korea may require a K-ETA. We send each student personalised guidance after booking.
Will you help with my visa application?
Yes. We provide invitation and supporting letters, a document checklist and deadlines. Please add your passport details on your dashboard as soon as you book.
How long must my passport be valid?
At least six months beyond your return date, with two blank pages.
Accommodation
Where will we stay?
Centrally located, safe 3–4 star hotels or quality student residences close to transport links.
Are rooms shared?
Rooms are single. Twin-share with a student of the same gender is available for a supplement on request.
Is halal food available?
Yes. We choose hotels and restaurants with halal options and cater for any dietary needs you tell us about.
